What’s your minimum order?
We sell spices in 25kg bags, packed onto pallets (1 ton / 1000kg). Orders are normally in full pallet quantities.
Do you have BRC certification?
Some of our products do. Not every item has it, so the best way is to ask us directly and we’ll let you know which ones are BRC-approved.
Where are your spices sourced from?
It varies. Many come from India, but we also source from Africa, Asia, and other regions. We’ll happily tell you the origin of any product you’re interested in.
Can I order a mixed pallet?
Normally, our minimum is one product per pallet. In some cases, though, we can arrange mixed pallets for an extra cost.
Are your products suitable for manufacturing or retail packing?
Yes. They’re processed in ISO and HACCP-certified facilities, which means they’re safe and reliable for food manufacturing or retail use.
Can I get a spec sheet or a sample?
Yes. Specs are available if you ask, and samples may be possible depending on the item and where it’s being shipped.
Do you do private label or custom packaging?
Most of our supply is in bulk 25kg bags. If you need custom packaging or private label, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
What are your lead times and shipping options?
It depends on the product and where it’s going. We’ll confirm timings when we know the details of your order.
Do you provide export and customs documents?
Yes. We can supply certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and other documents needed for export and compliance.
