Chessy Veg Lasagna

Preparation:
- In a pan, add 1 tablespoon butter (melted), garlic and seasoning, cook it for 1 minute.
- Then add Chopped Bell pepper, sweet corn, carrot, onion, tomato and cook it till veggies gets soft.
- In other saucepan, add 3 tablespoons butter (melted), 3 tablespoons all purpose flour, cook for 5 seconds, then gradually add milk and let it simmer, then add seasonings.
- Now cut the edges of the bread slices and roll them
For Assembly:
In Oven Safe Dish, add red chilli sauce, white sauce (prepared), spread them, now layer it with bread slices, add more white sauce upside, saute vegetables and mozzarella cheese, repeat it till you reach the top, at top add some drops of chilli sauce and load it with cheese and seasoning.
- Bake it in preheated oven or air fryer at 180 degrees for 15-17 minutes
