Mexican rice with spicy Gravy

Preparation:


  1. In a pan, add 1 tablespoon oil, ½ cup bell pepper,1/2 cup broccoli and corn, saute it for 2 minutes in low flame, add salt and boiled kidney beans, add 1 tablespoon red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon oregano,1 tablespoon chilli flakes and 1 tablespoon tomato and pizza sauce.
  2. Now add 1 cup cooked rice, fresh coriander and lemon juice (as required), saute it for 5 minutes, then turn off the flame
  3. Now in other pan, add 1 tablespoon melted butter ( unsalted),2 finely chopped green chillies,1/2 cup chopped bell pepper,1 cup tomato and pizza sauce,1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon chilli powder, keep the flame low and add tomato puree, cook it for 3-4 minutes, now add 1 cup fresh cream, 1 cheese cube, fresh coriander 1 tablespoon chilli flakes and oregano, cook it for 5 minutes.


Now in a plate, assemble the prepared rice in the corner and in the middle part at the gravy.

1 cup bell peppers

2 finely chopped green chilli
2 tablespoon red chilli powder
2 tablespoon chilli flakes
2 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoon pizza sauce
1 cup tomato puree
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup cooked rice
¼ cup Fresh coriander

cooking time 20 min
serve- 2 to 3 people
